BELOW ARE OUR COMPANY POLICIES

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS

To ensure fairness for both clients and staff, we follow a structured cancellation policy for all wellness and therapy services.

Agreement to Terms
By booking with us, clients agree to this cancellation policy and any related fees.


Applies To
All appointments including wellness services, therapist/practitioner services, consultations, and other offerings.

Cancellation Timeframes – Therapist Services

  • 24+ hours notice: No charge; clients may reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours: Charged 50% of the service fee, but can reschedule within 7 days to avoid fee. If that appointment is cancelled at any time 100% of the service fee will be applied.
  • No-show: Charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Unlimited Members: $10 fee for each missed appointment (wellness services only). Therapist/Practitioner cancellations as stated above apply to all members as well.
     

Cancellation Process

  1. Notify us by phone, email, or text:

  2. Confirmation will be sent with any applicable fees.
  3. Reschedule at time of cancellation, if desired.
     

Special Circumstances
Emergencies are reviewed individually. Documentation may be required. The 7-day rescheduling window may apply to waive fees.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

We offer members the option to temporarily freeze their membership for up to 3 billing cycles.

Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a membership, clients agree to this freeze policy and any related fees.

How to Request a Freeze
Email admin@nativehealingwellness.com with:

  • Full Name
  • Reason for Freeze
  • Desired Duration (up to 3 billing cycles)
    Additional time: $30 per extra 30 days
     

Processing & Confirmation
Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. A confirmation email will outline freeze dates and restart info.

Restarting Membership

  • Automatic: Resumes after freeze ends (max 3 billing cycles)
  • Early restart: Email admin@nativehealingwellness.com for assistance.
     

Cancellation During Freeze

  • $99 cancellation fee applies
     

Important Notes 

  • Services already used are non-refundable
     

Extending Beyond 90 Days?
Yes—with a $30 fee per additional 30 days.

  • Full name
  • Requested cancellation date
  • Reason for cancellation
     

30-Day Notice
A 30-day notice is required from the date your request is received via email. Access continues during this period. All cancellations include one final bill. 


Final Billing
You’ll receive:

  • Final billing date
  • End date of membership
    Note: Dues are not prorated. Mid-cycle cancellations are still billed for the 30-day period.
     

Exceptions
Early cancellation or waived fees may apply with documentation for:

  • Medical issues
  • Relocation
  • Military deployment

Package + Promotions Policies

  • All packages and promotional deals expire 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.
     
  • No refunds, transfers, or extensions will be granted after purchase.
     
  • No-shows for appointments or massages will result in the forfeiture of that specific credit — no exceptions.
     
  • Extensions or exceptions may be made only if discussed prior to the expiration and approved by management.
